Michele is an associate at Monti, Motta & Bosch Abogados.

Her practice focuses on advising national and multinational companies on labor and social security matters, including hiring and termination of employees, corporate HR policies, subcontracting, collective bargaining, labor lawsuits and claims, as well as issues related to the Karin Law. She also participates in merger processes and intellectual property matters.

She holds a law degree from Universidad Autónoma de Chile, Temuco campus, a Master’s degree in Labor and Social Security Law from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2022), and a diploma in Labor Compliance and Corporate Liability from the University of Chile (2024).
