Juan Pablo is a partner at Monti, Motta & Bosch Abogados.

He has extensive experience in legal practice, focusing on Civil Law, Family Law, Succession Law, Commercial Law, insurance advisory, arbitration, and traffic law.

He completed his studies at Saint George’s College and earned his law degree from the Faculty of Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. Additionally, he holds postgraduate diplomas in Civil Law (Universidad del Desarrollo) and Criminal Procedure Reform (Universidad Bernardo O’Higgins), along with other academic updates, and is fluent in English.
