José Miguel is an associate at Monti, Motta & Bosch Abogados.

He has extensive experience in civil law and civil liability, having worked on advisory services and litigation for national clients and participated in both judicial and extrajudicial proceedings.

He studied at Universidad Gabriela Mistral and completed postgraduate diplomas in Criminal Procedure Reform at Universidad Alberto Hurtado and in Civil Liability at Universidad del Desarrollo. He has developed his professional career at the Military Prosecutor’s Office in Coyhaique and as a legal officer and attorney in various well-known law firms, including Estudio HCU and the firm of Miguel Schweitzer & Associates.
